Envision Greater Green Bay has been in existence for over 35 years. However, prior to a rebranding process in 2022, the organization was known as the Bay Area Community Council since 1990. Various publications, including quality of life studies, were produced by this group of individuals who strove to make the Greater Green Bay area a "Community of Choice."
